Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By booking a service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a code. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be rescheduled. No-shows on services requiring a deposit forfeit the deposit (see Refund Policy).

3. Memberships

Memberships auto-renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, do not expire, and are redeemable network-wide. Lost card codes cannot be replaced.

5. Retail orders

Shipping times are estimates. Defective items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (see Refund Policy).

6. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, harass staff, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or scrape the platform.

7. Liability

Services are provided "as is". Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
