1. Who we are
Pedi N Nails (operated by Lusora Group) is a network of premium nail studios in the United States and Canada. This policy applies to pedinnails.us and all bookings made across our locations.
2. Data we collect
- Account & booking: name, email, phone, preferred locale, booking history.
- Commerce: shipping address, order history, gift-card balances (no full card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe).
- Usage: pages visited, referrer, device type — used to improve the site.
- Communications: emails/SMS we send and your replies via in-app chat.
3. How we use it
To deliver your bookings, fulfil orders, send service reminders, run our loyalty program, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, and (with your consent) send marketing updates you can unsubscribe from any time.
4. Sharing
We share data with: the individual Pedi N Nails studio that fulfils your booking; payment processors (Stripe); email/SMS providers (Resend, Twilio); and analytics tooling. We never sell personal data.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy & data. Deletion removes your profile, favorites and personal identifiers; booking and financial records may be retained for tax & legal compliance.
6. Security
All traffic is TLS-encrypted. Operator and HQ accounts can enable two-factor authentication. Card data is tokenised by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
