Refund & Cancellation

Appointments

• Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot.
• Within 24h: deposit (if any) is forfeited.
• No-show: full deposit retained; repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Service satisfaction

If you're not happy with a service, tell the studio manager within 7 days — we'll redo the service free of charge or refund the difference.

Retail products

Unopened products: refundable within 30 days. Opened products: refundable only if defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Pro-rated refunds are issued only when required by law.

Gift cards

Non-refundable. Balances do not expire.

How to request a refund

Email support@pedinnails.us with your order or confirmation code. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
